The ink has dried; The Masters Group will be managing the new Napa Riverfront complex in beautiful Northern California wine country. The developer was in need of a mature management firm that had excellent customer service, a firm handle on cost-control, and facilities management expertise to successfully manage this high end community. The Napa Riverfront community contains 50 upscale condominiums in the heart of downtown Napa above planned retail space, including two gourmet restaurants owned by acclaimed chefs Masaharu Morimoto and Tyler Florence. The community boasts mixed commercial and retail space of 75,000 square feet.
There was no hesitation for The Masters Group to take on management of this famous Hollywood movie site when the opportunity was presented by a well-known Southern California beach and hillside community Developer. The management company knew that the opportunity to preserve a piece of Old Hollywood history from the 1920’s would be both exciting and challenging. From the moment of breaking ground, The Masters Group was involved in documenting and strategizing the processes necessary to ensure the remarkable facades would hold their original design and structure while enabling the enjoyment of the complex's vintage charm and beauty.
The Masters Group was selected to manage the property based on the satisfaction of our services through previous work performed for the Developer. The site design includes podium-style architecture that requires skills in facilities management of specialized materials maintenance, high-end fire, water and electrical management systems.
